DLS Construction Group was founded in April 2002 as a small remodeling company that has grown into a reputable custom home builder and remodeling company. We are a family owned and operated business continuing to grow in the Northern Virginia area. Our owner and president of the company David L. Schroeder has more than 22 years experience in the construction industry. David, his wife Deni L. Schroeder, and their staff have always projected to their clients that customer satisfaction is their number one goal. Whether we are working on a small bathroom remodel or building an entire custom home from start to finish, our goal is to satisfy every clients' needs. We are able to customize a home from top to bottom whether it is an existing home or a new one to be built. We have architects and designers we can refer to you or you can bring your own set of plans for any project. As for our custom home building division, we build to suit your dreams & needs and at the same time want you to feel comfortable knowing you are getting service you can trust.
