DLS Construction Group was founded in April 2002 as a small firm focused on the remodeling business. Since then it has grown into a reputable custom home builder and remodeling company.

DLS is a family owned and operated business that is continuing to grow in the Northern Virginia area. Their founder, owner and president David L. Schroeder has more than 23 years of experience in the construction industry. David, his wife Deni L. Schroeder, and their staff have always striven to make customer satisfaction their number one goal. Whether DLS is remodeling a small bathroom or building an entire custom home from the foundation up, their goal is to meet and exceed the customer's expectations.
